The book"1991: How P.V. Narasimha Rao Made History" written by Sanjaya Baru will be released at the CESS Auditorium, Greenlands in Hyderabad at 5.30 pm on Thursday.

A panel discussion will be organised on the occasion which will be moderated by Sriram Karri. The panelists include, former Governor of AP and Reserve Bank of India, Padma Vibhushan C Rangarajan, renowned economist and writer, member of National Advisory Council Padma Bhushan C H Hanumantha Rao and communications advisor to Andhra Pradesh government Parakala Prabhakar.
